MyDay is an internet-based survey study of wellbeing at work. A goal of the surveys is to measure the experience of workers in their day-to-day activities.
MyDay is led by Professor Rhema Vaithianathan of Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand.
MyDay launched in 2017 to learn about the experienced wellbeing of trainee doctors in Wessex, England, in a study led by Auckland University of Technology, Health Education England (Working across Wessex) and Cass Business School (City, University of London).
